Standard Sizing: Custom sizes based on project. Hat patches are typically 3″ to 3.5″ wide and 2″ to 2.5″ tall.
Turnaround Time: 3 weeks from proof approval.

Sublimation with a twist

When your design requires print but you want it to resemble an embroidered patch, sublimation over embroidery may be your answer! These patches have a base layer that is covered 100% in embroidery thread. Your design is then sublimated over the thread, which gives it a classic patch look and feel. Extra embroidery is added on top of the printed image to enhance certain areas of the design, creating a detailed and visually stunning emblem.
